The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that law enforcement agencies can obtain data from cell phone companies without a warrant. For the first time, Americans are more worried about their own government than about terrorism. They should be. The federal government poses a much bigger threat to liberty than Al Qaeda ever could even dream of posing.
